A Captured Moment

I love the Kaisercraft Documented collection.
This photo is of my dad’s car (Model T Ford 1922) which is finally running, although there is still a lot of restoring to be done!

Applied the Dusty Attic chicken wire stencil, using Nuvo Mousses and coffee stencil using Art Extravagance – Graphite texture Paste from Prima.

Let dry and added coffee (Plain coffee) to create the back ground.

To give the cogs a rusted effect, I applied Art Extravagance - Rust Paste Brown Red and Yellow, as well as on the Roman numerals.

Completed the lay out with black netting,
Tim Holtz clock hands, cogs, screw brads

and printable clocks, as well as black metal ones.

Products used:

 chicken wire stencil,
Tim Holtz gears;
Netting and clock embellishments.

Have an awesome scrappy day!

Remember This…

Hello there,

February month is that lovely grungy mood board and
when I found an old photo of my hubby at work (many a moon ago) was just perfect.

Just to let you in on a secret of mine...

As well as on the title!

and the cog chippies.

Completed the lay out with Hessian and denim cut cogs, as well as screw brads.

Products used:

Tim Holtz gears,
chain;
chicken wire and ribbon

Family

Hellooooo my friendly Scrappers!
I am busy working on My Dusty Attic Feb mood board,
so in the mean time here's a layout I did for Penelope Dee.
Family!
The New Victoria Collection from Penelope Dee, I decided to do a vintage page.

Using Organic and Unique pages,
I stencil the Abloom/Lattice Lace, then to add colour Nuvo mousse gold
and plain coffee, as well as the Organic Love stamp with Pumice Stone, to create the back ground.

For the doily I painted with coffee.
The Leaf circle chippies (by Kiriche) dusted with Pumice Stone distress ink.

On the butterflies and the word, I embossed with Liquid Platinum
and dusted with Chestnut brown chalk.

Then sanded the edges of my photo then used Chestnut brown chalk.

Completed the lay out with Prima (Wild & Free) Flowers, dried coloured Leaves, ribbon and stone hearts embellishments.
Also used flower sequins from Dusty Attic.

Hope that I have inspired you!
